Wolf Springs Horse Facility

This facility is my second recommendation next to Bar A. The price tag is $12,000,000 but I would try to buy it between $8,000,000 - $10,000,000. This is the one where the realtor told me the owner expects to get a low ball offer of around $6,000,000 and will negotiate up to the price he needs. It is one of the most prestigious horse facilities in Scottsdale and is located in what is called the "Cactus Corridor" next to 3 other big Arab facilities not currently for sale. It is about 20-24 minutes south of Bar A so it is located closer to the heart of Scottsdale.
